Introduction

VaultTally is developed and maintained by Lons World. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use VaultTally, how we use it, and how we protect it. By using the app, you agree to the practices described here.

Information We Collect

• Account information — Your email address and encrypted password, used to create and manage your VaultTally account.
• Cash tally data — Denomination counts, block totals, daily summaries, and transaction history that you enter into the app. This is synced to the cloud and linked to your account.
• Device storage — Cash Counter session data is stored locally on your device. This data does not leave your device unless you are signed in.

How We Use Your Information

• To authenticate you and maintain your login session
• To sync and restore your cash tally data across your devices
• To allow you to recover access to your account via email

Third-Party Services

VaultTally uses Supabase for authentication and cloud data storage. Supabase is GDPR-compliant and does not sell your data.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, rent, or share your personal data with any third parties for their own purposes.

Data Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored securely on Supabase's infrastructure. We do not have access to your password — it is hashed before storage.

Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account remains active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.

Children's Privacy

VaultTally is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with their data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
